First time trying Rita's and definitely won't be the last! Rama did a great job in helping me order! Got the cotton candy and Kool aid gelati... Delicious!! Definitely recommend!!

Rita’s is staffed by great employees and they always allow you to try samples! I really like adding gelati on top of my Italian ice! Indoor and outdoor seating. Rewards program and specials all the time! Clean venue.

Rita’s was a staple when I lived in New York, and I was so excited to know that it’s now in NC! While I’ve been going to this Rita’s as soon as it opened, I’ve never left a review! I’ve been getting their Gelatis and they are DELICIOUS! The staff are always so kind and welcoming, this place truly deserves the recognition❤️

Delicious! I usually get the gilati. Lots of flavors of Italian ice to choose from. Employees have for the most part been really friendly, only one young lady didn’t say hello when we walked in and didn’t offer to help us. Would be nice to have some bench seating indoors since it’s hard to sit on a high top with a toddler.

As a Philadelphian, Rita’s Italian Ice has always been a staple of my hometown, so having one now in North Carolina is a huge win. This location is always clean, and the staff is super friendly it’s everything I love about Rita’s, just a little closer to home.
